Information Notice under the Personal Data Protection Law

This notice has been prepared under Article 10 of Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) to inform you about the personal data processed through bendenbirparca.com (the “Site”).

1. Data controller

The data controller is Melisa Nadin Kumaş Alan. Contact address: info@bendenbirparca.com.

2. Does the Site collect personal data?

The Site has no contact form, membership, comment section, newsletter subscription, cookie banner, analytics or advertising tools. Simply browsing the Site does not require you to enter any personal data.

3. What data is processed, and when?

• When you email us: your name, email address and any information you choose to share in your message. This information is sent from your own email application, not through the Site.
• When you visit the Site: technical server logs kept by the Site’s hosting provider for security and operational purposes (such as IP address, browser information and time of visit).

4. Purposes and legal grounds

• Responding to requests and questions you send by email: the data controller’s legitimate interest under KVKK Art. 5/2(f), provided that it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms.
• Keeping the Site secure and running: legitimate interest under KVKK Art. 5/2(f).
• Where legal obligations must be fulfilled: KVKK Art. 5/2(ç).

5. Transfers

Your personal data is not sold or shared for marketing purposes. Because the servers of email and hosting services may be located abroad, your data may be transferred abroad through these service providers. Such transfers are carried out in line with the conditions set out in Article 9 of the KVKK. Data may be shared with authorized public institutions upon request, to the extent required by law.

6. Method of collection

Data is obtained through the correspondence you send us directly by email and through server logs generated automatically in the hosting infrastructure while you visit the Site.

7. Retention period

Email correspondence is kept for as long as necessary to answer your request and for the statutory limitation periods for possible disputes; after that it is deleted, destroyed or anonymized.

8. Your rights under KVKK Art. 11

By applying to the data controller, you have the right to:

1. learn whether your personal data is processed,
2. request information about it if it has been processed,
3. learn the purpose of the processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose,
4. know the third parties in Turkey or abroad to whom it is transferred,
5. request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate,
6. request deletion or destruction under the conditions of KVKK Art. 7,
7. request that correction, deletion and destruction be notified to the third parties to whom it was transferred,
8. object to a result against you arising from analysis exclusively by automated systems,
9. claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.

9. Applications

You can send your applications to info@bendenbirparca.com in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller. Depending on its nature, your application will be concluded free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest.
